Problems with rev. 3 board (not including pre-me problems)

SSI)

DSP SSI failed		R101 R60 not connected		touch up.

Video Address counter	installed properly		
didn't count

Doubling characters	A0 shorted to pullup		unshort

Speaker not playing	R122 not installed		install

FPU not working		Open etch on u33-37		close
